For some people it might be a bit difficult to adjust in a group initially, but I am sure, they will gradually learn to adjust and work as a team. Effective teamwork motivates an individual to grow into a responsible citizen and accomplish individual as well as organizational goals.

I am sure you have definitely heard or read the above extended form of the word TEAM many times.
The importance of working in a team are many. It involves the joint efforts of a number of people to achieve a common goal. Therefore every organization should emphasize on the importance of teamwork for the overall growth of the company.

Fast Learning
You tend to learn things at a faster rate, if you are working as a team. The experiences and knowledge of the older team members help you to grasp new concepts quickly. At the same time it proves to be an added bonus for you as you avoid mistakes at work.

Workload Distribution
Working in a team has an advantage of the workload getting distributed among all the team members. With work properly distributed, you can concentrate on a single activity till the time you gain expertise in it and you do not feel stressed out due to work.

Building Bonds
Continuous interaction with the team members, working with them for the day, having your meals with them, sharing your joys and sorrows helps in building a strong bond between each other. In this way, you can even make friends for a lifetime.

Healthy Competition
Just think of a situation where people are competing with each other and trying to excel better than the other. At the same time they are helping and assisting each other in work-related as well as personal difficulties and problems. Wouldn't that be a great sight! Well this is possible when you work as a team, as everyone is emotionally bonded to each other.

Benefits of ethics training in the workplace

Hello everyone,
Today I am writing about the benefits of ethics training in the workplace. This train helps workers to understand the ethics at workplace in team. By giving the knowledge of this company can improve the team work efficiency without any misunderstanding in teams.
Contemporary businesses focus on profitability and success. They profess doing whatever it takes to make profits. So where do workplace ethics fit in such a scenario? Well, if you see the recent cases of scandals, frauds and irregularities that have been reported in the mass media related to business executives, it seems mandatory that ethics make a strong comeback in the workplace. Clearly, you cannot make a syllabus of ethics, chart lesson plans and start preaching your employees, as values and ethics are something inbuilt. Here are some training methods, which have been devised keeping these things in mind. But before moving to the training methods, let's see why ethics training is beneficial for your organization.

BENEFITS OF ETHICS TRAINING IN THE WORKPLACE

Ethics training programs help in building strong teams and foster professionalism in the workplace, thus helping to promote a strong teamwork and productivity.
Due to the prevalence of ethical culture in the organization, the quality of goods and services provided by the company is not compromised. Hence, ethics training helps in quality management.
A company whose employees possess strong business values and ethics have a strong public image. This results in increased sales and profits, as people trust their products and services more than those of any other company.

ETHICS TRAINING METHODS

Written Code of Conduct: Develop a written code of conduct. Define clearly the importance of ethics in your organization. Distribute a copy of it, to all the employees. Defining and writing a code of conduct as well as the requisite guidelines in your organization will increase the awareness of ethical issues and strengthen the conduct of employees in the workplace. It also aims to instill organizational values, beliefs, rules and regulations in the minds of the employees and helps them to draw a line between acceptable and unacceptable behavior. To be continued... Ethical resposnsibility of group members and teams

Hello everyone,
Last time I talked about ethics in team and today I will go little more further and talk about  what are the ethical responsibilities  of group members and teams. This is a video of wonderful team.

Ethics is about what right and which is right or better. Ethical responsibility is the act of showing respect and understanding among the group member within which everyone is working. When people working in group toward one common goal everyone is responsible doing the thing right and on time
There are various ethical responsibilities for members to follows as they are working in group, first determine to do best as possible as every member is part of the group so they need to offer their full contribution toward their work.
Second, team should decide to behave with the group good in mind and must pay full attention to what is going in group meeting, should listen to evidence and arguments objectivity.
Thirdly, Commitment to fair play policy should be adopted. When working in group always be cooperative not a competitive as everyone working toward common goal not any personal goal.
Finally, in order to be successful in working with team there should be one leader who must be responsible for the activities of the group as whole and should arrange all the meetings, to coach responsibilities in teamwork, to acknowledge achievement and effort, to share knowledge and to periodically remind members of the teams missions and goals. Ethics in the team

Hello everyone,
Today I will talk about ethics in the team.
Definition - A value refers to a claim about what is worthwhile, what is good. A value is a single word or phrase that identifies something as being desirable for human beings. There are seven of the most famous ethics in a team.

1.       Reasonableness - Defusing disagreement and resolving conflicts through integration. Characteristics include seeking relevant information, listening and responding thoughtfully to others, being open to new ideas, giving reasons for views held, and acknowledging mistakes and misunderstandings.
2.       Responsibility - The ability to develop moral responses appropriate to the moral issues and problems that arise in one's day-to-day experience. Characteristics include avoiding blame shifting, designing overlapping role responsibilities to fill responsibility
3.       Respect - Recognizing and working not to circumvent the capacity of autonomy in each individual. Characteristics include honoring rights such as privacy, property, free speech, due process, and participatory rights such as informed consent. Disrespect circumvents autonomy by deception, force, or manipulation.
4.       Justice - Giving each his or her due.   Justice breaks down into kinds such as distributive (dividing benefits and burdens fairly), retributive (fair and impartial administration of punishments), administrative (fair and impartial administration of rules), and compensatory (how to fairly recompense those who have been wrongfully harmed by others).
5.       Trust - The expectation of moral behavior from others.
6.       Honesty - Truthfulness as a balance between too much honesty (bluntness which harms) and dishonesty.
7.       Integrity - A meta-value that refers to the relation between particular values. These values are integrated with one another to form a coherent, cohesive and smoothly functioning whole.
